I didn't order much, just some mailbox numbers, but you would think I was a major customer. My order was processed quickly and I received it in only a few days. Woodworker Express had a great selection, easy ordering process and great prices. Even with the shipping charge they were less expensive than other "free shipping" sites. The earned a spot on my "preferred supplier" list.
Although my order was for a caster replacement and therefore a very modest one (84 cents!), I was in every respect pleased with its handling. Finding the correct replacement has been tricky, but not with Woodworker Express. I was treated as if my order were commercially substantial. Thank you!
