Ordered Rods and drawers. First orders did not receive full amount of rods. Customer service was good and sent me the missing pieces. Upon installing the Blum drawer slides I noticed I received only left sides pairs. So these slides are useless to me until I get the right slides. No follow up emails have been made about this issue yet. Do yourself a favor and by elsewhere!
