Brought the item home, unwrapped it and realized it was damaged so badly the sliding door kept falling off. Called to get it replaced and the Saleman continued to tell me the sale is final and also explained how “other” furniture companies wouldn’t replace their item either. ?? Are companies no longer competing and trying to do better than the next ? Very disappointed but mostly in the rude salesman attitude.

Within an hour, Bailey Honeycutt helped us select a pair of comfortable, great looking, modern wing chairs for our den and the fabric that will best compliment our existing pieces. TERRIBLE customer service. Told us it would be 2-4 weeks when we first ordered. Tuesday will be 6 weeks. We’ve left NUMEROUS messages and no one will return our calls. Their answering service is pointless. Still unresolved and we live 2 hours away so we can’t show up to talk someone in person. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
