RecommendedBrent was very helpful and understood what we wanted.
We bought furniture from Woodstock and had it delivered 7 hours away. Upon arrival we had an issue with the couch and Brent and Grant were extremely helpful and completely took care of the situation. They provided top notch customer service in an unfortunate situation that was not their fault. I highly recommend and would shop at Woodstock again.
Brent was very helpful and urgent when I needed assistance and I really appreciated his customer service he gave me. I am very appreciative and happy customer this is the second time I have dealt with this company and I would recommend them to anyone in need.
We purchased an Ashley reclining couch and loveseat. Linsey was our salesman and very friendly and helpful. However, after having it only 3 weeks the loveseat recliner was not functioning properly. They picked it up and fixed the issue and returned it. It did take quite a while for the loveseat to be fixed but that was understandable during this time. I would purchase from them again.

Great customer service and they handled everything in a timely manner..They showed me different options and arrangements I could choose from & gave me a great deal on sofa and loveseat..Delivery and Set up was great also..They called and let me knew they were on the way and I told them I was leaving work and would be there shortly..They waited on me with no complaints and then had to climb my stairs with my furniture and they got it up without a scratch..Great job all around..No complaints on my end..Thanks Woodstock Value C... read more
