RecommendedVery helpful. Help me find the right mattress and was very knowledgeable in finding the right one for my disorder. Was out of stock here but had one in their Hattiesburg store and had it delivered to me within three days. The delivery personnel was so friendly, taking old mattress and setting up new with a smile. Will be going back for further purchases

Bought a dresser almost a month and a half ago, was told it would be in the following week. Would NOT have ordered it had I been told they HOPED it would be in the next week. No one keeps us updated on the status, the people are rude when you call to ask and just have excuses. Quite obvious they don’t care about their customers. Will not be using them again or recommending them.

The product and service is horrible my kitchen table was delivered last Thursday and the same night the seat came off my chair and I have been calling for a week and no one has returned my call

Brent over at the Woodstock Value Center is the best! He’s always able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for and keep it in my price range! Everyone should pay him a visit!
👍👍 Great service. They have everything you want and need in a furniture store. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for in the showroom, just ask and they’ll overwhelm you with the selection they have for you to choose from. My whole house is furnished through them, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my future needs.
Need to learn how to communicate better. was lied to for 3 days had to take a trip to the center...jus to find out I couldn't get a refund. Bad for a company
I had the BEST salesman I have ever had, anywhere! Brent Bolden went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted for my house! I only changed my mind a dozen times and made numerous trips to all the Woodstock stores, and he was very very patient with me and very accommodating! We finally found exactly what I wanted and I feel like I got the best deal possible with him! If you need furniture, go see Brent, at the Woodstock Value Center !!!
I have been buying most of my furniture from Woodstock Value Center for years now. Also referred my daughter who has done the same. Great quality & super prices! Brent Bolden is my favorite customer service representative & always gives us special attention as soon as we come in. He will do any & everything possible to see your furniture needs are met & that you remain a valued customer. He is a super great manager.
I’ve had great experience with Woodstock’s Value Center especially with Brent Bolden’s customer service. Very knowledgeable and patient. From ordering furniture to Alabama and Wisconsin, I couldn’t have asked for a better experiences. Definitely recommend to future buyers!
