I have eaten some of the best que this country has to offer. Rendezvous in Memphis, all the big dawgs in Lockhart and the carolinas and Aaron Franklinn's before the freak show lines and I have never had pork ribs as good as these. I ordered a half slab at at event a week ago and they were so good but I thought it was maybe a fluke so I went back and grabbed some from the joint last week and they may be the best I've ever had. Once again phenomenal, had lunch with my love and had great food to boot !!!! What a great idea having combos now
I recently had my Team in from work and there were folks from all over the country. We ordered lunch from The WoodPile BBQ Shack and we had a variety of orders. Every order was correct (this is a big deal) and the food was EXCELLENT!! Everyone enjoyed their meal, and everyone commented on how good it was. We will be back again real soon!!
I had just about one of everything. Sausage is money, brisket was good, ribs were tender and flavorful, the Devils meat chicken was really good. Wasn't a big fan of the honey mustard Coke slaw. Ahhhh, Mac and cheese = Amazing!!! Will go back for sure.
We had it for the first time last night and rocked. We had pulled pork and chicken sandwich. Super good!
Had to make the 45 minute drive on a recommendation from my aunt. It was well worth it. The pulled pork and the pulled chicken were both amazing. Great portion sizes for the price as well.
Absolutely fabulous! We ordered the pulled pork and the brisket for a family party. It was a huge hit and everyone raved about how great the flavor was!
