Best BBQ around! I probably go here more than I should but it's that good. The meat is cooked perfectly and the sauces go great with whatever meat you choose. It's quick and you definitely get your money's worth!
Awesome BBQ! Very consistently moist and delicious! I definitely recommend their mac-n-cheese as a side with juicy pulled pork!

The pulled pork sandwich was beyond the most tender, balanced, flavorful and just flat out most delicious pulled pork sandwich I have ever had!! Since Memphis Smoke left Royal Oak, it's been hard to find a decent BBQ place and now I have!! Keep up the great work Woodpile!!
I just moved to the area, I have lived in southern Georgia, Florida, been to Alabama and various other places and Woodpile is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. The staff was awesome and super friendly. Can't wait to go back and bring my friends and family. Woodpile BBQ 5 stars doesn't even do justice, easily 12/5.

The pork is absolutely outstanding, smokey and tender! We just found this place a week ago, and already we had to make a point to come back. Love the outside patio eating space too. We live a very low-carb/high-fat/moderate-protein lifestyle and this restaurant truly fits the bill! It's great to have a place to eat where most of the items on the menu fit our dietary guidelines. :-D
I'm very fussy when it comes to ribs.... Bubba has me hooked! Can someone explain why I waited this long...?... Looking forward to my next visit.
Did the heating and cooling there during construction, finally got a chance to get back and try it. I pride my self in my bbq and haven't found a place in michigan that compares to mine until now. Bubba the pit master has got it right awesome brisket.
