All- I submit this construction punch list to help keep Knoll's residents safe. This is my last correspondence on this matter. Dog "Park" Nails protruding out from concrete curb in dog park need to be cut and ground smooth to prevent residents and/or pets from being punctured. I live at ********* ** ***** **** ** *********** ****. Sick of the lack of management at this property. No snow and ice removal. We are both disabled and have to remove the snow to get our cars out. After working for 2 hours to get my car out to go pick up RX's. I fell on the ice on the sidewalk and nobody has said a word to me but the manager told another resident that we poured something on the sidewalk and waited for it to freeze and slipped on it. Elder abuse is what this company is all about. Managers threaten widows with expulsion if they complain. Mother has been without hot water for a week and was told she would have to wait until maintenance came back from vacation before it could be fixed.
The NRP group is awful and they steal and rip residents off. They need to be stopped
