Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
