The nurses and aides especially Dahlia have been so caring and kind to my brother during his stay and the recreation was excellent. Again thank you for being a rehab center full of caring people.

HORRIBLE ...THEY KILLED MY FATHER. THE CARE WAS AND STILL IS HORENDOUS. DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE CARELESS ABOUT PATIENT AND FAMILY COMPLAINTS. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE(S) THERE. THEIR NURSING & DOCTOR & MEDICAL SKILLS ARE SUB HUMAN.

If only. If only someone would return a simple phone call. If only someone would have the consideration to treat others as they would like to be treated. If only -- then I could plan more trips to see my mom. How SAD is it that NO ONE has any consideration. HOW SAD!!!!!!
They put a patient who was suppose to be in Rehab in the psych dementia unit. They did nt realize the error til the following day. The place loojs horrible. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. I had the hardest time finding their building, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The staff used so much foul language around their patients it was so disrespectful. I don't care if they talk that way around their friends but they shouldn't talk to the patients like that.... read more
