The BEST Optometrist EVER! I have been seeing Dr. Schlanger since I was 15. He moved to Encino which wasn't as convienent to us, but we coming back because he is the most compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor around. He went out of his way to help my daughter Sammi today,coming in on his day off because she had a terrible pain in her eye. In a matter of minutes,he told us the problem, put her into a different pair of lens,an eye drop sample,and even a chocolate bar(which she was very excited about) and we were still able to... read more

Doc Jay is probably the last doctor on earth who actually cares about his patients. So refreshing after going to people who just go thru the motions and act like they're doing you a favor by seeing you for all of 7 minutes.
