GREAT APARTMENTS!!!!! Well I stated at the 100 since last July and i must said i was a pleasure my last day is tomorrow September 4. What i love the most is that the maintenance man is on their job ever work Order i put in was answered the same day or the next never was a problem get stuff done that was need completed. And for Kristen she the BEST at the time she was my go to person who helped me move in without any hassle and now she the property manager CONGRATS on the promotion. Issue with manager Since the day of move in (Aug-1-2024) we are having dryer issue problems. I have visiting the leasing office multiple times, but the issue was not fixed. Today the manager of Ridgemar Commons was yelling at me saying dryer issues are not an emergency issues. She asked me to dry our clothes in shower room. Please find a good place where people treat you nicely. DON'T MOVE HERE

Excellent We lived here for two years and had an amazing experience. The administration, especially Vicky and Umberto, were such nice people inclined to help us whenever we asked. Good area and the apartment was clean and in good condition. Highly recommend, I would live there again.

Love the location and maintenance The maintenance here is wonderful! They come check is a very timely manner, and they do a good job at solving the issue. Also, the location is conveniently located next to 34th Street, but tucked away, so it isn't too noise. I have also always felt safe here, and the area around it is pretty safe as well. The apartments are well kept and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to be, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Great place to live! The management team and maintenance team are always willing to go the extra mile to do what they can to make you happy. I lived in both a 2 story and a single story unit. They are the best priced, cleanest, and most quite in the area. I would recommend them over any other in the area.
Best tour ever Took a tour with my girlfriend today and we really like this place. Savanna the manager showed us around she was very nice, informative, and professional. Everything was nice and clean which was a pleasant surprise, as every other place we’ve toured lately is dirty and not well taken care of. This was our favorite tour by far and Luxe 1930 is on the top of our list for our move coming up in a few months. Thanks for the awesome tour savanna!

Perfect place for my Mom! My mom lives here and I visit her often, and I just want to say this is one of the nicest cleanest complexes I’ve ever been to. The property is always clean and the girls in the office are so sweet! I haven’t met maintenance, but my mom loves them and says they take great care of her. It makes me so happy and gives me peace of mind to know that my mom is living in a great place with people who truly care about her.

Really Great Community I've lived at 100 Luxury South since March 2023 and so far living here has been great. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. The maintenance team is stellar! Whenever I've had an issue (which was not often), it was quickly addressed. It's also a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly.
