Absolutely amazing experience!!! Love where I live I have lived at exchange on the 8 since September. The office staff is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable. They treat everyone like family. The maintenance staff is always so kind and friendly. The always great me while I’m walking my dog. Also the maintenance supervisor is so knowledgeable. I always see him running from one area to another. All in all my experience with my community has been so great I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Maintenance entered my apartment with malicious intent Maintenance man got his feelings hurt because I asked for him to actually do his job . As retaliation, he hung a light fixture that not only doesn’t fit, is broken and doesn’t even cover the light sockets. This man has a key to our apartment. If he reacts like this to doing his job, what else might he do? I no longer feel safe in my apartment. I have received no help from management and he still has a job. Totally unacceptable.

Great place Place is so quiet and great to stay, all installations are so beautiful and clean. The process was really fast to move in and we are really grateful .
