Great View I really enjoy my lake view apartment! Office staff is great. I have not needed maintenance yet but they are very friendly.

Excellent Experience My family moved in August and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is always very friendly, kind, and professional. The maintenance staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. Love the complex walking trail and lake view. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Great service and property! I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Kaela. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and gym. The location is perfect—close to Archer for shopping and restaurants and transportation to UF. Fantastic experience renting here Let me start by saying Vicky is the absolute best property manager and Umberto is a wonderful maintenance guy! I have never had a call that wasn’t immediately resolved or any issue that wasn’t tended to quickly. My ac went out and they brought portable ones to make sure I was comfortable through the repair process. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are as well. Happy Resident I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, giving me all the room I need to feel comfortable.
