No AC I have been a valued customer at this location for 2 1/2 years going on 3 in September. However, I am disappointed with their level of professionalism and ability to get maintenance requests handled. Major Maintenance Delays and Unresolved Issues We recently moved in and encountered several maintenance issues that haven’t been resolved promptly. Lightbulbs were out, drains were clogged (including the dishwasher filter, which had cat hair and wood chips), and the microwave emits a burning smell instead of heating food. Location and Lake are def the keys The price is commensurate with the quality, as it's an older property (1967). I'd suggest getting a top floor unit, as the noise from above is quite loud just from walking around. Quez in the office is very polite and was forthright in answering any questions/concerns!
No problems, and community building I’ve never had anything than the occasional light bulb that needs replaced, and maintenance is always there within a day. The management hosts fun community activities. A great place, especially for the price.
Make River Bluff your next home! Location is great. Easy access for all things Lexington, Lake Murray and Columbia. Lived here for over three years. Meridith and Kayla keep the place running smooth and schedule special events each month. Norman and his crew keep your apartment's maintenance up to speed.
