Great 4-Year Experience! Our 4 years at 100 South have been amazing! We have really enjoyed our time living here. The entire staff, including the maintenance team, is top notch and we have always received great service and accommodation. The grounds are kept immaculate. Every Monday the maintenance team can be seen picking up any loose trash, and every Tuesday the lawn care team arrives like clockwork. It’s truly a beautiful complex and a pleasure to wake up to. Beautiful Community/ Professional Staff Beautiful, quiet and clean Community. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Aaliyah was very professional and helpful. She was very detailed and informative throughout the process. The approval turnaround time was quicker than I thought less than 72 hours. If you’re looking for a beautiful and clean community with a friendly and welcoming staff to live in stop by and ask for Ms. Aaliyah she’s on point.

The Good Things They Should Know About 100 South The property manager, Jeanna, was very nice. She knew the tenants by name, which was very good because most property managers don’t know their tenants by name. This lets me know she’s very involved with the property. The property all around was just outstanding.
