Great place! The staff is friendly and helpful, apartments are spacious and furnished, and the amenities are great! The pool and gym are especially nice. They put on fun events often!
Good place for people who don't mind living in filth... You'll move into a disgusting apartment, and it'll most likely remain that way throughout. Trash system is super inconvenient, and wifi sucks. don't live here lol
Woodlands:Live in the Woods before their Land! Warning to parents and students: You will be asked to pay to paint the common living area of the apartment when you move out-even if you have been living there for 3 years! Woodlands wants you and your roommates to pay for the new paint job! Be prepared to pay extra for utilities that are "included" too because the apartment must be kept at 72 degrees to be cool (air filters loaded with dust!). Anonymous Maintenance is always late or does not show up. They charge a reservation fee instead of a security fee so you are responsible for all damages/move-out expenses. Occupants pay a $90 cleaning fee upon move-out; however, when I moved in my unit was not clean. It had not been vacuumed, there were holes all over the wall, the shower was dirty, and there was mild in the toilet. Cost of utilities is inflated. The apartment complex is run by students and is very noisy. I highly advise against leasing here.

Do not live here! I have been here for almost a year now. Maintenance is terrible! The whole staff is super inexperienced. We were unable to lock our front door for FIVE days. This did not only happen once but twice! Then they claim to be concerned for our safety and do these “nightly lock checks.” Just an absolutely terrible experience overall. I could go on & on. Terrible. Avoid this place. The place is awful. My daughter has had no WIFI for over a year and now her room had a key malfunction and nobody will come fix it. It's one unsolved issue after another. Run down. Neglected. And they will completely ignore rules in their own lease. Being locked out is considered a priority. She called and waited for an 1 hour only to be called back to say they will come in the morning. As a parent I advise all other parents to avoid this dump.
Horrible roach infestation and management does nothing about it it. Management does not respond to roach infestation issues - having to resort to paying out of pocket for our own pest control... not sure what else to do as they do not care.
Woodlands on West Tennessee Love it here! I've lived at two of their properties now and they have yet to let me down!
