The office staff is very helpful and the three bedroom apartments are very spacious!
Not too bad of an area especiallyfor Pontiac. The apartment itself is not well-maintained. They take a lot of shortcuts in repairing things. Some things weren't repaired at all before I moved in. My neighbor smokes weed all day and it makes my apartment stink. I guess it'll do for now
the things I could say but move here at your own risk
This place is terrible, they hire contractors who can't speak or understand English, nothing gets fixed, they don't answer the phones, really nice at first, furnace doesn't work, they came like 10 times...they don't know, what they're doing...my electric on the back wall haven't worked for a year, but the moment you're late, the fee on your door the next morning, not missing a beat but you can't properly manage correctly?
