Terrible place to live. Run as far as you can. Overpriced, overrated, mouse infested, rude and hypocritical staff, shoddy work on everything. Not worth your time. Disgusting.
Attention woodland pointe residents, I was out for a walk with my sons tonight and my 10 year old was almost hit twice.... You must know that there are tons of Children that ride their bikes around and and you must be cautious. We were walking in the parking lot at the woman that almost ran him over must not have even looked..... I constantly see people driving well over 10 mph and I would hate for something tragic to happen for these people to learn their lesson. I like that the apartments are separate to 12 units per area.
