RecommendedI like the fact that there are people who have been here more than 10 years. A very mixed community of brown-black yellow and white skin. And we all seem to be at peace!

I have only been here a few months. but I can honestly say I love it! the staff is so helpful! and the work orders I place are taken care of very quickly! my neighbors are friendly and very respectful! I had a fear being on the bottom floor I wpuld hear people up stairs and I never do! like I said, AMAZING!!!!
The office staff is extremely negligent and rude. Said they have had bad snake and mouse problems for over a year and they’re still not resolved. The funniest thing is when I went over the pet requirements with a leasing agent she said all pets must be spayed and neutered. I said, “oh great, my cat has all of her vaccines and is spayed, so we should be good.” The leasing agent then argued with me that cats must be spayed AND neutered so I have to get my cat neutered as well. Y’all. I can’t make this up hahahaha
We have lived here for over 4 years, it's been a good place to live. Staff is friendly. For the price in Woodbury it's a nice place to live. I love the pools. Quiet wooded area, except freeway nose. Maintenance staff is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Close to any shopping including outlets, awesome restaraunts. Quick access to the freeway.

Woodland Pointe was my family's first apartment together. They're very welcoming and they have great tenants. Everyone in our building was very welcoming and always greeted one another. If this is your first time renting, the neighborhood is safe and the office staff is very understanding.
Great location, great people who go up and beyond for you. For kids they have a nice park, 2 pools! Adults:hottub and nice gym. Reasonable pricing and get a garage included. I'd always recommend these apartments!
