i lived in this dump for 5 yrs. the place smells like marijuana all the time and you can't walk on the grass since dog crap everywhere. when i moved out they charged me outrageous amounts for minor issues which i was able to negotiate down. they were very unreasonable. As someone called it a ghetto, my name for it was welfare place apartments. Its the worst place in midland to live. Avoid this place. it is cheap though....
