We have been living here since March 1st. Everyone was super friendly but our apartment is falling apart day by day. We went a month without a dishwasher, we still don’t have a working ac unit so we got to sit in an apartment all weekend that was 78 degrees. On top of that we have squirrels in our walls.Me & my husband feel bad that we call or go down there at least once a week but this is nuts. Woodland Place Apartments had the audacity to tell my friend that their lease was all set about a month ago and the correct people are on the document but Woodlands employees incompetence has resulted in them being evicted after following all of the proper paper work. When further information was requested by the Tennant's the staff was reluctant to give up prior phone records. If you're looking for an apartment in Midland do business with someone that is more professional than Woodland Place Apartments
we have been here just a few months but everyone is welcoming and friendly. maintenance all very helpful and promt. And the office crew is amazing. Thanks ladies
Do not ever live here... worst decision ever, they never fix anything and when it’s to late itll be your fault ,horrible about refunds ,if you want to contact the office, best bet is to go in side and talk to them because they never answer the phones. Almost got a fine for having a little American flag that you usually hold in your hands for the 4th of July stuck on our patio.. please don’t waste your time with woodland you’ll be so much more pleased to go somewhere els.
