It would be wonderful if the people who use the laundry facilities would either leave a washer/dryer open or at least grab their stuff with in HOURS of it being done. I don't ever complain but this is getting out of hand.
Very friendly. Respectful neighbors and staff respects your property. Staff does everything to make you feel at home. They have cleaned up around here and are so much nicer than they used to be.
The worst place you can live in!!!!! We moved into a place with balcony but they told us that we can't use the balcony until they fix it! After 4 MONTHS they finally start working on it I mean They took of our balcony and no one is working on it anymore!!! So now we have no balcony at all!!!!!!!! I am not gonna let it be like this!!!
Please don’t live here. Pay the extra $200 for a functional apartment.
If you’re all about hidden fees and horrible management, this is the place to be. Woodland used to be a great place to stay but recently they were bought out by what I call “dumbasses”. Their maintenance team takes days to reply, their office staff is rude to put it nicely and overall the apartments are not nice at all. My lease is up in one month and I can not wait to leave. Last of all, there is far better in the midland area.
