It's been great so far I've only been here a couple of weeks.
My boys and I moved in last week and, so far, we love it! Filling out the paperwork was super easy and quick. The office staff was also very friendly! Thank you for helping us with our fresh start!
My husband and I have had a wonderful experience here. We have lived here for 6 months and I feel relatively safe due to all the lighting in the parking lots. It is one of the most affordable places to live in Midland so there are residents from many walks of life, I have a few friends that live in this apartment. Customer service has been great for me, I'm not too difficult to deal with and not much brings me into the leasing office so I haven't had a bad experience. It's been a great first home for us, thanks Woodland!

I have been here 2 and 1/2 years now and management and maintenance have always been helpful. I have no issues here. Thank you for the morning breakfast last week, that was a nice surprise.
