Went in for a NC Inspection on my Rivian R1T; these guys had me in and out of there so fast. Great work and professionalism. Much appreciated.
Horrible experience. My Dad took his vehicle there for repairs and he was told what the issue was and what type of work it will need. Asked them if they test drove the vehicle and they told me yes. They said it was a evap leak and charged my Dad $1300 for the vehicle to still have the same issue going on. I feel like they took advantage of my Dad because he’s elderly. They told him they drove the car after replacing the parts and said it’s something in the transmission now. They’re not professional and just slap parts on car... read more
