All the staff is amazing never had a single problem! Someone hacked our account woodforest called us to check and see if they where are charges. Then took care of everything including getting our money returned with in 24 hours! They have gotten rid of all overdraft fees. Been banking there 10 years and will not go anywhere else.

They owe me my money and will not give it to me I am now suicidal because of all they are putting me through do not bank with them u will regret it

Commits financial discrimination, they do not want business from the working people, only those who are rich. Was denied an auto loan based on and I quote " not rich enough". I will be going elsewhere.

Deposited a life insurance check and bank is holding half the funds for seven days. Its an insurance company check and should clear in total. This bank is using my money to make interest while on hold. Policy needs to be changed.

Discrimination??? Usually when someone treats a person one way 'over the phone' and treats that same person another way 'in person' referencing the same exact subject matter.... it's usually discrimination based on what I've experienced during my lifetime. Oh well.... ??????? it won't be the last time. I addressed a subject matter over the phone with the teller... You need to remove the temporary hold by Walmart on my account and then immediately refund. Also I cannot utilize your overdraft then put money back into my account only you can. Number 3 there is no reason my information on file shouldn't match your records if it's been updated since 2008. So please correct all 3 of those if you want to keep me as a customer otherwise I will switch banks.

This bank is the absolute worst. Every time I used my debit card on Cash app they locked it. And they would lock the card on Saturday night so I would have no access to my money until Monday morning. Requested to have a text message come to me so that I could verify I did the transaction but They refused to allow me to do it. They said that I needed to call them in person. THIS IS A BANK THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF IT CUSTOMER. CRAZY OVER DRAFT FEES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF YOU ARE $1.00 OVER DRAFT, THE CHARGE YOU $15.00. IVE HAD DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR 18 MONTS , THEY TELL YOU YOUR BALANCE FOR YOUR PAYROLL CHECK AND DONT CREDT IT TO THE NEXT DAY. I RECOMMEND ANYONE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER BANKS MOST MAKE YOUR PAYROLL AVAILABLE DAY BEFORE NOT DAY AFTER. I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
