I've had one technician in the electrical department who did a great job of explaining a job and an estimate to me and coming through with work that was above and beyond. But, don't use their plumbing department, don't let a member of their HVAC sales team sell you anything, and definitely have a man make all of your calls for you because if you are a woman they'll talk to you like you're an eight year old girl who isn't smart enough to understand how the world works. I Called Woodfin On Monday Feb. 8th 2021..As Promised Ryan Arrived Promptly Tuesday, Feb 9th..He Saw My Issue and Immediately Replaced My Water Heater With No Hesitation.
