I was scheduled for installation of air conditioning units April 12-14. They never called to confirm appointment and that they had decided to change it to April 14-16. I took time of from work and now I have to take more time off. VERY VERY Disappointed in the customer service of this company. I’m along term customer and this is disgraceful. I just wanted people to know how there customer service department is a disgrace.
