Daniel Smith was the Service Technician who provided excellent customer service! He explained the problem and resolved the issue. We now have heat in our house! I would always recommend Woodfin and have used them for years! They are customer service oriented.

I was out of heat, a HVAC that was about 20 years old and had to call for service. Brad came out and tweaked it and got heat. The next day, no heat again. Scott came out and reported no more tweaking. Alex from sales came and we were able to get a new unit in and an install date a couple of days later. John and Lewis showed up at 8am and went right to work. They were done about 2:30 in the afternoon. They explained very well about the unit and how to use the new thermostat.
