Very disappointed in the customer service here at this store- we have spent quite a bit of money on tools here (larger equipment). We came in today looking for a planner in which we were prepared to spend 3500-4000 on. We were told they did not have any in stock so we asked if we could purchase the floor sample. RecommendedWent in today to get a wood gripper . Came out with my new favorite toy store and about 5 additional tips for my next project. As a woman craftsman I often feel belittled when discussing power tools but not only did they really relate and help me but also were sympathetic to my sanding quandary. They spoke to me as a peer and I just had a great experience!!!
