They were very knowledgeable and answered or found the answers to my questions. I was able to see a demo of the product I was interested in and walked me through what I needed or was recommended for it. They then found me a special offer to go along with it for a free accessory and I made the big purchase that same phone call. My only concern is that I can spend way to much time there and get distracted by many great conversations over various topics with their staff!
A great store for the woodwork in your family. I really enjoyed the Into to Woodturning class. Looking forward to practicing what I learned.

Made another trip to Woodcraft today to get a new lathe again, my new Nova had one too many manufacturing defects (I think just a bad one, they usually make great products). I gave up on it and my favorite place Woodcraft of Nashville took it back and helped me find new one from Rikon. I get that you can sometimes find less expense online, but shop local and you get the best service! Aaron and his team (Mike and Dave are my guys�) are the the bomb. My husband and I took wood turning class and the instructor was great and we truly enjoyed and learn so much.
