I've lived here for 2 months and it's the worst experience of my life!! Please do not move in here!!! Management just tells you what you wanna hear to get your money. I moved in and my apartment had broken glass on the patio that started for 2 weeks until I treated to move. The only saving grace is the maintenance guy. He is spread thin but he actually tries. to help which is a hell of a lot better than the Manager Rose. I'd give them a -2 if I could.
They were nice when I first moved in. Ms Diana was the best! She got things done and always had a great attitude. Now, 3 yrs later, things are horrible. Maintenance will come in without telling you (red flag). They never complete work orders. It even if it's an emergency. oh and since they didn't fix the water problem in my home, I now see mold. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking!
We have lived here for less than a year. We would not have hoped for a better place. We would definitely live here again if we ever come back to Indianapolis. A great rate and quick maintenance, and the office staff Yoanna, Rose and Diane, Ray and Wayne are very helpful. I highly recommend living here!

Apartments are great , no probs there . Great community and neighbors . However when it comes to work orders they take FOREVER to complete and no one can help. This isn’t my first time having an issue with a work order. No one wants to walk in and see a hole in their ceiling everyday .
Great place to live. Very caring staff. Has a great location, close to everything!
