Absolutely, they were an expert! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
On my new patient visit, I was pleased with every aspect of Dr. Wood's facility, staff and medical skills. He did a thorough job reviewing my medical history, with the exam and lab work. He was cordial, sincere, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful in explaining technical medical issues, organized, everything you could ask from the experienced Dr. that he is. I had confidence in him and liked him a lot. He was on time. He spent more time than he had to and covered preventative approaches that are sure to help me in the future.
Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Dr. Wood has been my GP since January of 2000. I hope he will be until I leave this body.. He is the kindest doctor I have ever known and has all of the good characteristics that you want in a family doctor. He has certainly chosen HIS profession and I would recommend him highly. Patsy Elmore
