Disappointing customer service. I help manage a building that utilizes a Won-Door curtain wall. We have been working with Won-Door to get repairs done for over 6 months, with minimal support. The condition of the door is rapidly deteriorating, and it has become a major obstacle for renting our facility. I strongly recommend looking at the warranty and quality of customer service, before selecting a curtain wall product.
Great business
Horrible company! The office NEVER returns calls. The communication is the worst. On top of that, the field technicians get to you whenever they feel like it. It doesn't matter if you let them know months in advance. They are never on schedule and they have the worst attitude when they finally decide to show up.
