I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Hadlea Eubanks, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment she walked in, her energy was amazing—super positive and professional, but also really warm and approachable. Go anywhere else. Every time I've made an appointment, they call to reschedule within a week of the appointment. Pushed out for months at a time.
I had a appointment on August 18, 2021 to discuss preventative health and order a new IUD. I was told at that visit by the receptionist and then by the dr/PA that if I didn’t have a physical exam, I would be charged a co-pay. This made me feel pressured to submit to an exam. I agreed to go ahead and have the physical exam, and by doing so, did not expect to receive a bill. The bill came in September, and I immediately called the office to discuss it. Dr Hobgood has been my doctor for years she is so sweet and takes the time to listen to me I'm very happy to have her as my obgyn also every time I go in for an appointment the staff and nurses are nice and kind
Front office ladies were nice. I was told to show up for my appointment at 8:15. At 8:45 I was still waiting, I let them know I was leaving. They inform me then the DR IS NOT EVEN IN YET because he was working off site and followed by asking would I like to come back at noon. How long would yall have let me sit there!? NO I WISH the Doc would show for our scheduled appointment thanks. And thanks for wasting my freaking time people work too thats how we pay you and why we make appointments.
