Very rude and unprofessional! They wouldn't see me and made me reschedule my appointment because I had my 2year old son with me. Even though you are allowed one visitor.
RecommendedI was at The Women's Imaging Center today for my 6 month checkup/mammogram. Which means I am already nervous when I walk in the door. The technician that performed the images was wonderful. HOWEVER THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT. I live about 40 minutes outside of town, so I try to schedule in town appointments for other family members on the same day to reduce driving. Amazing group of caregivers & staff, they stick with you thru your whole process & keep a check on you! Probably owe them my life! 💗
I’ve been to the women’s imaging center in Tallahassee twice. Once for a mammogram and this week for an ultrasound. Both times, the technicians performing my tests were cold and unsympathetic. I don’t expect them to know my life history but there was little to no kindness in their manner or actions. It was especially hurtful today with 3 miscarriages behind me and finding out that a 4th was on the way. I really hope you guys can do some training or something. It seems I'm not alone here.
witnessed a hispanic woman be poorly attended, receptionist was very rude to her and told her she could not be attended even though she had a referral from a doctor, fortunately we were able to help her. they even asked if we were "sure" that we wanted to help her fill out the papers because it was very "long", literally just some signatures and your basic info. they ended up changing their attitudes after we helped her. disappointed in the service that was provided to that lady, not helpful at all.
The entire staff is wonderful! I had to have a biopsy done and was extremely nervous, but they helped calm me down. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Swain. She is simply amazing!
