Be prepared to have an unplanned c-section. Labor nurses are great; recovery nurses, not so much. Mom's wishes were not a factor in my experience. Felt like I was in a zoo so I checked out early. They do not return phone calls when you want to provide them with constructive feedback, but they will call if there are issues with your payment being processed that you cannot control due to your insurance company internal processes. Love this hospital!
My stay at this hospital before the arrival of my son Uriah and after the delivery was stupendous... Everyone was so kind and eager to help..and the nurses in the nicu are caring for my son and doing a magnificent job God bless you all and thank you
