I had an amazing experience here in May with the birth of my son...and I am terrified of hospitals, but the nurses we all amazing and took amazing care of use!
The staff here is great. They took great care of me while I was on bed rest and while I was in labor. Now my little pumpkin is in the NICU and I consider it one of the best places in the world for preemies. Everyone has been caring and show so much passion. I know she is in awesome hands here.
This hospital is amazing overall experience will be cherished for the rest of my life as a new mom I would not change a thing and plan to have our next child here thank you to Dr.Carlos Medrano you have been a blessing to our family. The only thing I could comment on about our stay was the noise of construction just above our room. But overall a small sacrifice for expansion and improvement to the wonderful hospital that caters to women and babies.

Be prepared to have an unplanned c-section. Labor nurses are great; recovery nurses, not so much. Mom's wishes were not a factor in my experience. Felt like I was in a zoo so I checked out early. They do not return phone calls when you want to provide them with constructive feedback, but they will call if there are issues with your payment being processed that you cannot control due to your insurance company internal processes.
