Poor communication around staff. My IV machine was beeping, so I let the nurse know. That machine beeped for almost an hour. Then a nurse aide came in to just TURN OFF the pump without telling a nurse
Worst experience at a hospital ever. The dietary staff gave me issues the third day of ordering food when I have been ordering food the same way each time.

Worst Wi-Fi ever on the 4th floor ...May have better reception in other places...it's also cheaper to eat in the cafeteria than at au bon pain on the 2nd floor
If you have a long wait for a loved one in labor and you're hungry, the nurses desk in Labor & Delivery has menus for all the local restaurants that deliver. Very friendly staff.
Grab a "Take Me There" card from the front desk to save on Parking. I believe you do NOT want to get parking validated/stamped. Ask before you do. It is usually one discount or the other.
Emergency Department offers free valet parking if you are going to the ER
