I just left an appointment with Dr Ott except I didn't see the doctor. I waited over 30 min to get into an exam room and another 20 or so sitting on the exam table exposed. Finally when I reached an hour after my scheduled appointment time I decided enough was enough and left. As I left I received no apology or sincerity from the office staff and was only asked if I wanted to reschedule. I just want to say how awesome Dr. Ott is. She is not my ob, but on super bowl Sunday my water broke. She came to the hospital and tried pushing with me for 2 hours. We then decided to do a c section. Ott was very professional and made me feel comfortable! I am so glad she was the on call dr that day.
Dr. Matuszek delivered both of my children! Both her and Julie are personable, patient, and very knowledgeable! Thank you for such a great experience!
I've been seeing WCS for years now and am consistently thrilled with them! They always respond quickly and address concerns right away. I'm really happy to have had such great care and thorough care throughout my pregnancies.
