Please explain to me why I have to pay you a fee if I have to miss my appointment yet I show up on time and have to wait over 30 minutes to see the NP for a medication update? I find it extremely disrespectful that I paid for my visit, waited over 30 mins, came out and told you I have to leave to go to work. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you serious? I first saw Dr. Matuszek after my friend, who had just started seeing her, recommended her to me since I was looking for a new OB/GYN. I was looking for an all female practice and this group fit the bill. The only thing I’ve ever been disappointed with was Dr. Matuszek not being on call the night my son was born! Dr. Ott delivered my son since Dr. Matusek (sorry if misspelled) was out of town. My son and I were in amazing hands. All the staff members there are wonderful, respectful, honest, caring, loving, and everything else a female patient needs when discussing any 'female problem' or pregnancy.
Dr. Ott has delivered both of my babies. Julie, Rachel, and Dr. Ott gave me the absolute best care at each of my appointments and truly educated me on my pregnancies and what would happen during birth. They never acted as if my questions were a burden and took time to answer each one and truly listen when I was sharing how I was feeling. My first had expectedly had some complications and I truly believe that Dr. Ott saved my daughter's life.
I have been going to this group for the past 13 years, Dr Matuszek was my first and only OBGYN. She has gotten me through 3 high risk pregnancies along with her Nurse practitioner Julie. I have had Dr Matuszek, Dr Ott and Dr Mohrman deliver each one of my kids. I appreciate everything they do, highly recommend this group.
