I have seen Dr. Matuszek and np Julie and they are both great. They both are very thorough and make sure to answer all of your questions. The wait can be long some days, but labor and delivery is unpredictable so it happens. The only downside to this office is the front desk. They are rude 99% of the time. So if you have the patience and can get through dealing with the front desk, I highly recommend Julie or Matuszek!
I had my annual exam and since I wasn't planning on having children anytime soon, I should come back in 5 years. (Cervical cancer/hormone imbalances runs in the family). I have PCOS and concerns with fertility. No one listened to my concerns or seemed to care. A few months later, I had HEAVY bleeding and called for an appointment. I was told I wasn't bleeding enough for it to be an "emergency" and I should go to the ER if I felt it was. ($25 office visit vs $300 ER copay). Doctors are pretty good. Love the nurse practitioner Julie. The wait at this place is absolutely insane most of the time. I just waited for an hour and 20 mins after my appointment time to see a doctor. Staff was only slightly apologetic and told me this just happens sometimes...only it's every time I go in. I asked if I could call ahead to see if they were running behind next time and they said no.
Have to pay for your delivery and costs up front. :(
Ive been seeing Dr. Matuszek for 10 years. I saw at least 8-10 OB/GYNs before her trying to find the right one. Matuszek is absolutely wonderful! So knowledgable & supporting. Angie Warner NP is fantastic as well!! Love them both! I even moved to Illinois almost 7 years ago yet still drive 50min without hesitation to see them! 💗
LOVE Dr. Ott! She took me on really late in my pregnancy and after I had an awful experience with a previous OB/GYN. No question was too silly or stupid. She was honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Since it was my first baby, I was really nervous. She made sure I was comfortable, understood the process and that everything was on track how I wanted it. Highly recommended!
