I was seen at Women's Care in Lakeland for a medical condition; this included having a biopsy, D & C, and hysteroscopy. on 1/18. 1) They are extremely disorganized, and the different units/departments are not talking to each other or on the same page. For example, after giving them my insurance information and when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that I couldn't be seen at the Lakeland Hills Blvd. clinic because they didn't take my type of insurance.
