Came here as a new patient and I'm happy I did. The reception at the front desk was super friendly and pleasant to talk to. I barely waited in the waiting room before staff called me to come in. My doctor was OBGYN Eva Carignan, MD. She addressed all the concerns I had. Definitely will be back in the future.
The office has a wonderful kind and professional staff. I see Dr Carignan and she is always thorough.
The healthcare professionals that work here are the most amazing health care providers have ever come in contact with. They are compassionate, Empathetic and extremely educated.
I’ve been seeing Dr Metzger for years and honestly the only OB I’ll see at the office. Receptionists can be hit or miss there’s very nice ones and then there’s some that are rude. I got asked by one of the receptionists why I was wearing a mask at my appointment this morning lol Meanwhile I’m 38 weeks pregnant and immunocompromised in the doctor’s office…. probably the dumbest question I’ve been asked in a while.
I’m not a fan of drs offices. So much so that when I got pregnant again, it took me weeks to find a different provider. My previous provider wasn’t the worst, but they are nothing in comparison to this group. From the receptionists to everyone I’ve encountered so far, I would recommend them time and time again. I was even surprised when I got a call from one of the midwives in the practice reminding me to take my bloodwork; I’ve never received personal calls in the past.
