Phones for some reason not answered... aside from that Dr. Easton is an awesome person and she was very kind and caring made sure I knew everything the procedure could result in... then ensured the procedure was fast and pain free... I wish more Dr's were like her...

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service and staff. Always an issue every month with birth control prescriptions. I have had to verify with my insurance coverage multiple times because their incompetent staff does not know how to do their job. When you call in to speak with someone, they are not helpful and have no idea how to correct their errors. Me and both of my daughters will be switching providers outside of UPMC.

I have been going to Women's First since 2008 (when I first moved to the area). Then, always a pleasant office visit, great doctors and welcoming nurses. Well, at my last well visit at their BRAND NEW location (which they told me) in the fall of 2025, I checked in and gave them my name. The rest is not good: "We don't have anyone with that name, could you have a different last name?" What an awful experience for the birth of a child. The on call doctor that performed the delivery of my grandson was not only aloof but seemingly uncaring and inconsiderate. Her demeanor was one which cannot matched by anything I had ever seen before; lacking any kind of care, concerns, empathy or even enthusiasm. Just awful.
