Not very professional the office was, the first person I saw was very, but Dr Wall was not. She numbed the wrong area; the nurse caught it. Plus, she was extremely rough with the numbing needles didn't give me a warning. Was in a rush seeing patients. This review is strictly about the customer service, or lack there of. This is the second time I've called and have felt as if I was a bother for calling and asking questions. Christine, who answers the phones, has been extremely rude to me both of these times. When I called to make an appointment, she cut me off, and said my account was sent to collections.
