Strange, ut my root canal was quite pleasant
I arrived early because I was a new patient, and the receptionists promptly took care of me, and I was quickly taken back to get x-rayed and talked to about my procedure. Every single person I interacted with was very personable and respectful. Dr. Wolgin himself was great, reassuring, and quick with my root canal. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs endodontic treatment.
I was very pleased with the staff and how Doctor Wolgin mad me feel very comfortable and was very gentle with the procedure.
From start to finish, this was the very best experience I could have hoped for. I had never had a root canal and was extremely nervous, but everyone at Dr. Wolgin's office made me feel completely at ease. Making the appointment was easy, and the woman I talked to went above and beyond figuring out my complicated insurance situation. Everyone in the office is helpful and courteous.
Dr. Wolgin and his assistant Jen was very nice and friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Every one was very professional.
Dr. Wolgin has done 2 of my 3 root canals; both on back molars. Prior to the one I had done most recently, people were apologetic about my predicament of needing a root canal. People were shocked when I told them I had ZERO qualms about needing the procedure.
