Unfortunately, the vet is very quick to use sedative measures. My cat is not knowingly not very friendly, and the vet took no time to get to know her. They were also not good at communicating what I as a patient needed to do prior to my appointments. I’ve already changed vets after two appointments.
Karla, an assistant at Wolftever Pet Wellness Group in East Hamilton was amazing today with my stubborn English Bulldog, Riggs. He hates to get his nails trimmed and I have to give him something to calm him but, he still gets so upset. Karla worked so hard and was so patient with him. After she got all 20 nails trimmed she was red in the face and sweating as was I. I felt like I had been wrestling a bear. She did a great job on his nails. Thank you again Karla!!
I have struggled with the many changes in this office this past year.Yesterday I took my dog in for her immunizations and it was a great experience. They were willing to work with me on my dogs meds, and her shots in order to lower the cost. The Vet and Assistant were great with my dog.The receptionist was very efficient and kind. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Wolftever East for caring for my sweet dog! I am so grateful that her Lick Granuloma has greatly improved! She has felt great today!
