Except for the fact that the surgeon never bothered to come out to update or even pass by the room after, everyone else was absolutely outstanding. My child was afraid and everyone made her feel at ease. They have special ppl coming around to the rooms to paint with kids and we even had a special visit from some funny clowns. Made the experience great for my daughter. She is leaving w a new perspective of hospitals.
