This post is in regards to a visit Sunday to the Baptist Health/Wolfsons at the St Johns Town Center. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had a medical facility. I took my 1 year old son here Sunday night after having a febrile seizure and every single provider (doctors and nurses) that we had contact with were TERRIBLE. RecommendedThank you to the nurses and doctors who took care of our daughter who was in the NICU for 8 days after birth. You guys where amazing and so caring when it came to our little girl. You guys made me and her dad feel so much more at ease and helped us with any questions or concerns that we had. Our baby girl got to come home with us today. We will be forever thankful for everything! Amazing hospital and staff!

Our third born was in Wolfson’s NICU for almost 6 weeks after birth and the staff was so helpful and encouraging through our time there. He has also had several EEGs done and though we are still trying to figure out what is going on with him, the Neurology department and EEG staff has been so sweet and caring with our little guy. Thank you Wolfson’s for your excellent care. �
