I hadn't been to the dentist in several years. Dr Mai and her staff were very welcoming and friendly. They explained each step of my care and made sure I was comfortable. They used up to date technology. The office was clean and welcoming as well. I believe I received excellent care at this office and I am happy to have found a permanent dentist in Cincinnati.

Every time I visit the office I feel relaxed knowing that I'm getting the best care possible. Shelly is great, she's always talking to me and asking if I'm alright and it's a situation that I'm comfortable with. Dr. Mai is such a delightful person, fun to talk to and I can tell she really cares for her patients. I've already spread the word about Elite Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. The entire staff is outstanding.

Dr Mai and absolutely every one at Elite Cometic and Family Dentistry are awesome. They truly care about the person. Absolutely everyone that works there cares. No pushing to have you do things you don’t need. They call me by name, they know me and they treat me like the baby I am. All of the latest tech is available....with a heart. Love them!
